Why Clarity?
Because better people decisions start with clearer data.
Founder - Jordan Phillip McGrath
I started Clarity Analytics because I’ve seen how often leaders are expected to make major workforce decisions without a clear picture of what is actually happening inside their organization.
Turnover, compensation, hiring, engagement, and workforce planning all create pressure — but the data behind those decisions is often scattered, messy, or hard to explain. My goal is to make that data clear enough that leaders can act with confidence.
My background is in people analytics, compensation, and executive reporting, which means I’ve spent a lot of time turning complex HR data into simple stories leaders can actually use. Clarity Analytics was built around that same idea: take what feels confusing or reactive and turn it into clear insights, practical recommendations, and better decisions.
